Rebels Admit to Gas Attack

Breaking news: Rebels admit gas attack result of mishandling chemical weapons

August 30, 2013

In a report that is sure to be considered blockbuster news, the rebels told Dale Gavlak, a reporter who has written for the Associated Press, NPR and BBC, they are responsible for the chemical attack last week.

Gavlak is a Middle Eastern journalist who filed the report about the rebels claiming responsibility on the Mint Press News website, which is affiliated with AP.

In that report allegedly the rebels told him the chemical attack was a result of mishandling chemical weapons.

This news should deflate the accusations, against the Assad regime, coming from the U.S., Britain, France and the Arab League.

Since the chemical attacks last week, the Assad government was immediately blamed. On Monday, Secretary of State John Kerry said: That Assad’s guilt was “a judgment already clear to the world,” according to theguardian.com .

As a result of Assad’s government being blamed for the chemical attacks, five U.S. warships are now stationed off Syria ‘s coast. These destroyers are poised to deliver cruise missiles in a strike that is due to begin any time now. According to the report on Mint Press there have been several interviews conducted with people in Damascus and Ghouta, a suburb of the Syrian capital.

The interviews conducted of residents, rebels and their families in Damascus and Ghouta are painting a different picture of what actually happened. Many believe that rebels received chemical weapons provided through the Saudi intelligence chief, Prince Bandar bin Sultan. It’s being reported that these weapons are responsible for last week’s gas attack.

The father of a rebel who was killed in what’s now being called an accident by many in Ghouta and Damascus said: “My son came to me two weeks ago asking what I thought the weapons were that he had been asked to carry,” said Abu Abdel-Moneim. The father said at least 12 rebels including his son were killed by the chemical weapons.

Allegedly they were killed in the tunnel that was used to store the chemicals. These were provided by a Saudi militant, known as Abu Ayesha. He is said to be leading a fighting battalion in the effort to unseat Assad. The weapon was described as a “tube-like structure” by Abdel-Moneim.

Gavlak reports he was told by rebels that the gas “attack” was the result of rebels mishandling the chemical weapons they acquired from the Saudis . He says in the Mint Press report the following:

“They didn’t tell us what these arms were or how to use them,” complained a female fighter named ‘K.’ “We didn’t know they were chemical weapons. We never imagined they were chemical weapons.

When Saudi Prince Bandar gives such weapons to people, he must give them to those who know how to handle and use them,” she warned. She, like other Syrians, do not want to use their full names for fear of retribution.

Gavlak continues in his report: “A well-known rebel leader in Ghouta named ‘J’ agreed. “Jabhat al-Nusra militants do not cooperate with other rebels, except with fighting on the ground. They do not share secret information. They merely used some ordinary rebels to carry and operate this material.

We were very curious about these arms. And unfortunately, some of the fighters handled the weapons improperly and set off the explosions, ‘J’ said.

The humanitarian agency, Doctors Without Borders, reported that around 355 people had died from what was believed to be a neurotoxic agent. They reportedly treated 3,600 people with symptoms of, frothing at the mouth, respiratory distress, convulsions and blurry vision.

According to the report dozens of rebels said they were receiving salaries from the Saudis.

It’s said that Bandar was educated in the U.S. both military and collegiate. He is also said to have “served as a highly influential Saudi Ambassador to the U.S., and the CIA totally loves this guy.

Prince Bandar’s intelligence agency is said to have been the first to bring allegations that Assad’s regime used Sarin gas in Feb.

DCE commentary

What kind of person gives someone chemical weapons and doesn’t tell them? As a result of the Saudis giving the rebels chemical weapons hundreds of innocent people died. Not mention the fact that evil men here in the U.S. and elsewhere are trying to draw us into a war we have no business being involved in.

Isn’t there enough heartache, strife, sickness, poverty, injustice and a host of other ills in this world? These evil men just added more heartache into the world by giving the rebels these chemical weapons. The hearts of the men responsible for this are black and they only care about one thing, destroying nations.

This kind of evil happens because of sin and mankind’s rebellion to God’s word. Little do these men realize is that nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account, Hebrews 4:13.

Rest assured that God has seen this vile act, and every person involved will have to answer for their crimes against humanity on judgment day. Hopefully, this breaking news will be enough to keep the United States from going to war. The result of bombing Syria will be a match that will light the fuse to an all-out war in the Middle East.

And so “As the world turns” President ButtWipe skates again, having delayed long enough to find a face saving ploy, by shifting the burden where it rightly belonged anyway, the CONgress, he’s held off long enough to get a good reason to not make a bad situation worse.

    • Gar,

Right, leave it up to Congress now since he can’t find a way out of this ego trip of his. I hope congress votes this down, but that seems up in the air too.

    • Gar,

I agree. This con-man pretending to be a president, again puts foot in mouth by trying to make himself look like a tough guy with the “red line” BS! I guess in his weak mind, he thought he would scare them! The man is a fool!

  2. I smell serious bullshit. While the mishandling COULD be possible, my belief is these chemical weapons came from none other than Saddam Hussein, when, in the run-up to the Iraq operation, the trucks and trailers were STREAMING across the Syrian/ Iraqi border. The only thing I see here Saudi is the bankrolling. It’s anyone’s guess what the BECS, leading from behind, will do next. Tell everyone to stand down would be a GOOD idea. Which, good ideas are anathema to him.

    • clyde,

There sure is plenty of BS going around. My thoughts were the same, that these weapons came directly from Sadam Insane leading up to that war. There were plenty of pictures taken at night of trucks being loaded up and crossing the border into Syria. And I don’t think it was furniture they were moving. The Russians helped load the trucks too to get the stuff out all wearing hazmat suits.

  3. Sort of smells like this was some sort of setup for an accident. If it came from Saudis, well, I thought Saudis supported us taking some action. That no one was told them doesn’t add up. Who was to be the user of them? The al Qaeda factions don’t want us there. So there are a lot of questions then.

    • Bull,

This whole thing smells worse than a pig farm. If the King does this despite a turn down in Congress (which is not known as yet) he’s going to put us and the whole ME in a ball of fire. Can you imagine the consequences of attacking Syria? I’m sure you do. There are many questions as you said. All I know is nothing has been proven to me for us to go do a “limited” attack and I don’t trust the King about this so called “limited” attack either. Who can trust a thing he says? He lies constantly.

    • Bull.

I’m with you on that. And the fact that the (alleged) rebels didn’t know what kind of weapons they were handling sounds like BS. In my military time in spc.ops. I’ve seen many types of chemical weapons. All, marked clearly as to what they are with handling warnings printed all over them! Hell even if they couldn’t read the language even they should know that a “skull an crossbones” means poison!

    • Walt,

Yes, no news outlet is picking this up but I did hear someone on Fox talk about this yesterday who is a friend of this reporter and the same story that this gas attack may very well have been from the rebels which means AQ. Something is not right for sure.

NEVER has any president so betrayed his nation, as ours has us.

    • grouchy,

I don’t think any of the Syrians want us to do anything. I haven’t heard them ask for our help and they will only hate us just as all the other muzzies do once we fiddle in their country. As far as betrayal you sure got that one right. This guy can’t be trusted with anything and certainly NOT with our National Security. I don’t see yet how this gassing has a things to do with us. And why now, after plenty of Syrians have been killed with bullets, in fact far more them. Suddenly a knee jerk reaction to this gassing? And we don’t know who in the devil did it in the first place. Where is the evidence of who did the gassing?

This insane person that calls himself president but thinks he’s a God. Could very easily get us into a 3rd world war if he’s not stopped.

  6. I am praying Congress votes this attack down. We do not need to be in another war and this could lead to WWIII. We will not have support of other countries because Obama has pissed them all off.

I also hope they say no. But then again, Ovomit may do his normal thing and override (ignore) them and use his ex, orders!

Good post Pepp. King Sumbitch never lets a crisis pass and he and his cronies loved thinking they had this opportunity to help their Bros With No Fros take over another nation. But alas…their immediate talking points were wrong (or just flat out lies) to support their desire to take action against Syria. What a useless ass traitor team the King and Traitor Kerry make.

Hell; I’m sure they’re working their asses off in the White Mosque trying to spin the truth (as usual), so they can still convenience our population that the majority is brain dead they still need to take action against Syria. They don’t give a shit about truth…

    • Dave,

Thanks. There is such a mess to figuring out exactly who did the chemical attack and even the UN said it can’t assign blame since they won’t know either. We get a bunch of people talking this way or the other. Besides that I see no immediate threat to our country in order to make this attack on Syria in our best interest.

Btw, Dave, our Rep. Andy Barr is voting NO on going to Syria as is our Senator Rand Paul.

      • Pepp,

I read several stories just yesterday where even though the rebels admitted the chemical attack was their fault (due to mishandling the weapons) that our wanna be Pharaoh and the majority of Senators STILL want to stick our nose in another countries civil war! And even though the Repukes control the House the vote is about 50-50 right now. Egypt has turned out SO WELL since we helped the Bros with No Fros take over that country…

I knew King Dipshit wouldn’t care whose fault this chemical weapon incident was to blame. He’s just itching to help his “jihadist” buddies take over another country. And what in the hell is up with the House ran by the Repukes being 50-50?? Another damn civil war we have no business sticking our nose in, but O’Bastard will use any excuse to help his butcher, muzzie buddies take control of another country. Damn his ass all the way to hell!!!

  8. Thanx for the post, Pepperhawk. You sure know how to keep the caldron boiling.

    Great comment thread here, all.

I think I am going to just double check that I have all my little friends cleaned and ready to go, just in case. We are in such deep dodo it’s not funny.

    • Mrs. Al,

LOL! Yeah I like to keep the pot boiling all right. I guess I sound like Lady MacBeth.

We are in deep doo doo as you stated. Bozo has our military so degraded right now, how in the world would we end up if all hell breaks loose after attacking Syria. This statement was made by none other than the Chief of Staff Dempsey. Go figure on what’s going on.

I think an attack on Syria will light a fireball of massive proportions in the ME. Why we don’t stay out of there is beyond me.

Watch the close order drill, and pay close attention to when the butt stocks hit the ground, and the momentum carries them up into the “Port Arms” position. Pray to God you’re not in the line of fire.

I’m as ticked off as you. Why this creep has not been impeached is the $64,000 question. She sure has broken so many laws and his oath to the Constitution to warrant impeachment. I too worry about how much more we can take before our country disappears into communism and we are all slaves to the State. He has ruined our economy, sides with the Muslims on everything that we are not even allowed to say one thing that is not nice about them. And I don’t find much nice to say about them.
