Wicked Commentary

Now here is a guy willing to stand up to the Democrats!  Trey Gowdy is a principled, impressive  man on the right side of the aisle.  It probably does not go over well with the establishment repukes I imagine.

Trey Gowdy is telling the Democrats that Congress has given its’ power up to the Executive Branch.  The usual Repukes have done the same.  I don’t call Gowdy a repuke. He is a stand up guy and makes his point clearly and firmly.

Maybe we need to look at this guy for a future president if a Republican can ever win again.  And that is doubtful.  The Repukes have failed us so many times we have lost faith in them.  But, with more men like Trey, perhaps our trust could be restored.  There are some good guys still around.  I admit it is few, but some is better than none.

We must ask ourselves do we want Hillary Clinton for our next president?  I don’t think anyone would say yes to that question.

Meanwhile while all the scandals are swirling in Cesspool City, the IRS, the  wiretaps on reporters for AP,  let’s not allow ourselves to be diverted from the Benghazi scandal.  I think we are being set up about these other scandals.

Too many in the Alinsky party are also “outraged” over the IRS and the wire taps. Since when did Alinskyites concern themselves so much over the Tea Party and other conservative groups being targeted by the IRS?  Since when did the Alinsky party get so upset about wiretaps since Richard Nixon?  Something smells to me.  Benghazi was getting to close to the actual fire. Something was going to blow up and we know what that is.

As bad as these other scandals are, Benghazi is the jewel in the crown of scandals.

    Very good info Pepp!,

An timely! I agree 100% that these other situations, the IRS and AP etc, are deliberately put out there to distract form Benghazi. As you said Pepp the only reason the Alinskyites would speak out against their own, Alinskyite controlled departments is to shit your attention away from Benghazi to what they are screaming about. (pretending to be disturbed.) If the Republicans were doing the screaming at the IRS (when there was no public scandal) The Dems would say the Repub’s are dealing in conspiracy theories. They’ll do anything to take Benghazi from the public scrutiny.

Your right about Trey Gowdy. He is one of the very few, he and Rand Paul, that have shown any backbone at all.

And the damned Congress had better wake up and do something about taking back their power. They could start by getting rid of that two-faced speaker of the house.

    • Hawk,

Thanks. I agree something is terribly fishy about the dems getting outraged about conservative groups being targeted by the IRS after they have called those of us all kinds of nasty names and tried to blame all kinds of shit on the tea party. They hate the tea party. So this does not make any sense unless they are trying to get our eyes off of Benghazi. They saw the writing on the wall.

And yeah, Congress needs to get their shit together and do something about these traitors, but I have no hope on that one.

  2. Great post Pepp! Gowdy is a good guy and he tells it like it is and that’s exactly what we need more of in DC. And a BIG NO from Therave on wanting Hitlery to squat in our WH again. Once more I’ll vote for anyone (just like I did in 2008 & 2012) for ANYONE to try and stop these damn commie traitors from getting into our WH.

IMO; there is no way the Repukes could ever put up a candidate that could even come close to sucking as prez and being a complete traitor like O’Bozo and Hitlery. I’ll take a Repuke that sucks over a traitor dumbocrat any day! But that’s just me…

    • Dave,

Thanks. We have a few good men and that’s it. It is a disgrace and I’m sure the leadership and the rhinos want him to shut up, just like Rand Paul.

Well, I’m sure you know I would NEVER vote for Hillary, a worst Marxist than Obama. She’s been in with Soros years before the pencil dick ever was.

I’ll vote for Donald Duck too rather than vote for her. I know she’ll be the leading candidate in 2016. Every statistic I read has her way above the other candidates who are going to run in 2016. The margin is so big, they should all just pack up and take their nomination hopes home. Save the money. Nobody in the Alinsky party can win against her.

  3. The problem with guys like Trey Gowdy, Rand, Cruz, etc., is THEY have it RIGHT. Unfortunately, for them, the LEADERSHIP, or what passes for it in the future WHIGS,are more in line with the dems. And, with that obvious split, the idiotic media will praise morons like Boehner to the hilt, while labeling those like Rand as the kooks.

    • clyde,

Yeah, that is the problem. I don’t know what is wrong with Boehner. He was my rep when I lived in Ohio and he was a stand up guy. Ever since he became speaker, something went wrong. I am deeply disappointed in him. And Rand is not a kook.

  4. Trey is definately one of the good ones! He is taking the fight to the scum.

  5. Gunny,

Trey is a good guy. It’s a shame he doesn’t have the support of the leadership. I imagine he has other co-congressmen who agree with him, but Boehner is standing in the way.

  6. Great post, Pepp. The few, the proud, and the brave. Sounds familiar. He can’t be bought or intimidated, the scariest threat to demoncrats.

  7. Trey Gowdy is just one of several good politicians to come out of South Carolina recently. Now if we could only get rid of Senator Lindsey Graham. There are two and possibly three people who have decided to run against him in the primary.

    • MrGguy,

I’m glad you feel that way living in the area. I’m so impressed with Trey Gowdy. He was masterful in his questioning of the people who came in to blow the whistle about Benghazi.

I also hope that Lindsey Graham gets dumped by another “real” republican. He’s a disgrace!

    • Gar,

Exactly right! The whole lot of the except for a few need to be taken down and jailed. Drinking bleach would be a good idea to wash their dirty mouths out and do the quick execution for treason.

  9. I have to say I think you are on target. He seems to be playing off these other issues to divert from Benghazi. That is the big one, and I have to remind myself. If it turns into a free for all, Benghazi seems to be the one that would benefit. The other IRS has been simmering on the burner since what 2010? Though both were driven by Obama’s politics.

    • Bull,

Yeah, that is exactly what I think. Benghazi was getting too hot and there are also other whistle blowers coming in to testify. The King wants that off the radar of all things.

The IRS thing sure came out late and I ask myself “why now”? Well, to divert our attention is what I say.

  10. Sure the Alinskyites are “outraged” over the IRS targeting.
Similar to the ol’ Birch “Salamai Theory” is the “Two steps forward, one step back” idea.
So the Alinskyites make advances on several fronts and back off one. To mollify the great unwashed masses, y’know. After all. EVERYBODY hates the IRS so what better entity to vent against and receive accolades from the plebisite?

    Like

    • Buck,

Yep, you are right. The Alinskyites are just feigning their outrage when in fact there are about 8 to 10 of these people who were calling for the IRS to do just what they did. Schumer, Franken, Leahy are 3 that I can recall off hand.

Of course everyone gets ticked off at the IRS. I’m hearing now that the 2 guys in Cinti are saying they were following their bosses orders. I hope they name who these people were.

  11. Great article once again, Pepp. Trey is great guy, but I like Ted Cruz more. But, we need more like both of them.
