Ready for a gun fight

Ready for a gun fight

This shows us that dogs are not only good, loyal, trusted companions but also can help out when the gun confiscation comes.  I hope to train my shepherd Merlin as well-trained as the one in these pictures.

Forge ahead.  Keep your powder dry!

Amendment 2 – The Right to Bear Arms

A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.

Now exactly what does the King NOT understand about NOT BE INFRINGED?

Great pics Pepp! Somehow I don’t think Merlin needs a gun. They’ll see that horse like dog running at them showing those wolf fangs and they’ll run off pissing their pants! Best thing about it is they won’t be able to outrun Merlin!

    • Not far off Dave.

    • Dave,

Ha, ha. You are probably right that just looking at Merlin scares the crap all of most anybody. He can look very vicious, plus those guttural growls of his doesn’t help. Hee, hee.
The Muzzies will run quickly away as dogs are dirty to them. Besides the look of him.

When the two guys Bob sent over to fix our plumbing came, they were terrified of him. He did not let up on either barking or lying there viciously growling at them.

      • Pepp,

Merlin scares the shit out of me when we’re talking on the phone and I hear him howling and going off in the background. What? Did you cross bread a pit bull with a mountain lion?? When I come visit I’m bringing a big old pig to offer up to Merlin as a sacrifice! I think I’ll even wrap a towel around the pigs head… 🙂

        • Aw Dave, how could you be so afraid of my baby? He’s just an innocent pup.

Dave, you should hear the beautiful song he sings to me when I get up in the morning. It is so cute and awesome.

All you’ve heard is that ferocious bark.

    • Awwwwww, Merlin is just the sweetest lil puppy.

      • Lucie,

Oh so true. He’s a great pup even if a bit big for a pup. He’s my baby now since Dakota passed. He is so lovable to me. I don’t know how anyone could be afraid of our Merlin. LOL!

  2. True that.

  3. Great pictures. The bottom caption should be “what’s the password?” That’s a whole loyal militia. 🙂

Smart dog . That power hungry Dictator needs to flip out and never ever come un flip. This is not his country This is ours by golly

  5. LOL! Susie. “flip out and never come up flip”. Too good.

Precisely, it is our country and NOT his.

Awesome pictures! Now, this is the dog I would love to have!

    • Donna,

You can get one and train it or have someone else train the dog. They are awesome with training. They love to have something to do since they are working dogs

  7. He looks right at home with those guns. Unfortunately, one of my “hunting dogs” is more afraid of guns than liberals are.

    • clyde,

You’ll have to get him used to gunfire. I know that dogs do not come with loving guns, so they have to get used to it. How one does that I don’t really know. Dakota was terrified of gun fire and would run back home on the farm here whenever he heard it. Now, Merlin doesn’t seem to be bothered with it at all.

  8. Love the pictures, and the followup comments! Truly man’s (and woman’s, not to be sexist or anything!) Best Friend. I love the expression on his face in that last one, like, “Aw, gee, sorry it’s only a handgun! My other gun is so much more awesome! Really it is!”

    • Interface,

LOL! Love the last line in your comment. Glad you gotta a kick out of the pics. I also believe a gun is a woman and a man’s best friend, especially now.

  9. Those pics are great. What a great dog to have posed with all the hardware.

Sorry to have been off-grid for a while the ‘puter took a sh*t. Now I’m back with a new hotrod.

    • HN

That is one well-trained dog. i hope I can train Merlin like that and take some pics of him. That would be awesome.

So glad you got a new hot rod.
