Central Intelligence Agency director David Petraeus has emphatically denied that he or anyone else at the CIA refused assistance to the former Navy SEALs who requested it three times as terrorists attacked the U.S. consulate in Benghazi on the night of Sep. 11. The Weekly Standard and ABC News report that Petraeus’s denial effectively implicates President Barack Obama, since a refusal to assist “would have been a presidential decision.”
Last night on Jeanine Pierro show, two of her guests were Retired Col. Hunt and ex CIA, Lt. Col. Tony Schaefer. They both stated emphatically that only the President, the Commander in Chief, gives the order to either send in troops or to stand down.
It would appear there is one person responsible for allowing Ambassador Stevens, Sean Smith, Ty Woods, and Doherty to die. Is this murder by the Commander in Chief? Why was the order to stand down given?
It is a crime that all of the questions about the Libyan disaster will not be on the front pages and top news spots of all forms of media before the election.
