[Defense Secretary Leon] Panetta was asked by Senator Jeff Sessions, “We spend our time worrying about the U.N., the Arab League, NATO and too little time, in my opinion, worrying about the elected representatives of the United States. As you go forward, will you consult with the United States Congress?”

    The Defense Secretary responded:
“You know, our goal would be to seek international permission. And we would come to the Congress and inform you and determine how best to approach this, whether or not we would want to get permission from the Congress.”

Well, we don’t NEED THEIR PERMISSION for IMPEACHMENT!

    • PBR,

I saw Leon Panetta make that statement and my jaw dropped to the floor. Such outright offense against the Constitution. It says to me that this whole administration has decided on their own that our Constitution is not something they plan to ever follow.

By rights, this whole administration should be impeached, but the balless wonders in Congress do nothing and allow themselves to be dismissed. Abandoning the Legislative branch is an impeachable act in itself and is stated right in our Constitution. But what difference does any of that make to the Fraud and his minions?

  2. I am endlessly fascinated & astounded by the seeming inability
of the Ministry of Truth media minions to dispense with any facts
or evidence which might (Heaven forbid!) cast an unfavorable
light on their chosen one!! Never mind the failure of leftist useful
idiots to engage in anything resembling investigative journalism,
which could at least be useful in justifying their existence . . .

    • Elizabeth,

This Fraud has everyone behind him and rooting for him. All the media outlets including Fox are shilling for him, except for a couple of people on Fox.

There is no real journalism going on in this country right now except for WND perhaps who has worked hard and long to expose the Fraud to no avail. It’s frustrating as hell.

The process of information dissemination is broken and that in itself puzzles me. (a) There have to be enough wealthy conservatives who can see the void in the media and still it is not being remedied. (b) How do the majority of Americans put up with being so ill informed?

    • Gar,

Two really good thoughts. I cannot comprehend the workings of these minds who stand there and say and do nothing about this situation. One thing I know is Boehner needs to go. He has proved himself to be a worthless House Speaker and will not allow any impeachment process to even start which is should as the Fraud has committed so many crimes and misdemeanors as laid out by Ken Cucinelli and 8 other State Att:Generals. It is a huge scam that has been pulled over on the American people, yet there are still so many who do not want to “see” what is right before their faces.

  4. I’m astounded just how quickly Obama’s bosses accomplished taking full control of the entire media in the United States. His bosses (Soros being one; but even he has bosses) have moved so quickly in just three years that even FOX caved into them for who knows what reason. The guys that own FOX sure don’t need anymore money, so exactly what did Soros tell them to persuade them to cross the isle and join the rest of the laimstream media? A heart attack dart? This is great news that some in congress are actually and finally getting of their dead asses and doing their job; protecting the people and our constitution. What will happen in the Senate? Not much with Harryass Reid at the helm…

    • Dave,

Yes, that is one thing that scares me a lot, how fast the NWO has moved since their Fraud was installed as president. Can you imagine what is going to happen to us if this King is elected again? It will be all out full speed ahead to complete the overall takeover of our Gangster Government and with the help of some Republicans.

I have to wonder too what made Fox cave into Soros. The Judge is gone, Eric Bolling, all the shows that were exposing the truth. I don’t have too much respect for Fox anymore. I can’t for the life of me think of what Soros holds over Murdoch. He does not need Soros money so it has to be something else. Death threats? Threats against their families? Something is wrong.

    • Dave,

Thnks. Great idea. I have my FB page unactivated. I can’t keep up with it all. So I shut my FB page down for the time being. Besides I don’t like all the tracking the Gangster Government is doing on FB.

What’s astounding to me is the progressive fellow travelers are still busy trying to undo the last election in Wisconsin, with the ever-helpful media. But any accountability for this out of control administration and its Chicago politics, by media or anyone, are painstakingly ignored.

    • PBR,

It is astonishing how the progressives want to prevent the voters from having any say in their own state government such as Wisconsin. The unions are fighting like hell to get rid of Scott Walker who only was trying to get his state back on a budget and out of being bankrupt. These unions care for only one thing, themselves and screw the workers who have to pay for their outlandish benefits.

And of course this is not reported in the media about what is really going on. Once again the media fails us. They are actually useless now unless it’s from an outlet who is not afraid to print the truth, but it seems that is abating as threats from Soros abound. I’d like to know what he has on all these people. Actually he should be arrested himself.

A reason that the “news” media attention to House Concurrent Resolution 107 2011-2012 has been like the sound of one hand clapping is that after all this time there is not a single solitary lonely co-sponsor. The resolution withing the walls of congress — never mind media — is the sound of one hand clapping.

Please dust off your memories and return to the 1990s. What ever happened to Ken Starr? What ever happened to then Georgia Congressman (and Judiciary member) Bob Barr? When the impeachment came to trial in the Senate, did it last months? Weeks? Days? No, a few hours, done in time for lunch.

To AfterShock a week ago I commented, “I give the probability of the House Judiciary Committee holding hearings at 5%, recommending impeachment to the whole House if those hearings are held at 5%, forwarding impeachment by the whole House if the Judiciary Committee so recommends at 5%. Okay, so odds that impeachment will go to the Senate for trial is around 1 1/4 in 10,000. How do we think that Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid will handle the situation?”

Now, a week later, I’ll reduce those odds — even with new information becoming available and known — to 1 1/4 in 100,000.

All you said is correct. This will go nowwhere as I realize too that only one congressman has tried to do anything with no help from anyone else in Congress. There will never be an impeachment. They are not interested in restoring our Constitution as the rule of law for our country.

Yea, let’s be realistic, they won’t pull the impeachment trigger. But they will pull any trigger against We the People they have access to. (and that is no exaggeration.)

No way Jose’ can they start impeachment hearings. But they will hold hearings this coming week on 2 oil refineries closing in Pa, especially when there is little or nothing they can do about it. (….unless they want to go Maxine Waters on them). So they’ll create the facade that they are performing a service for the people. Those countless “dog and pony show” hearings they are all to willing to have. But have actually hearings on what this lawless, contemptable administration and its allies are doing to wreck this country? Not a chance.

No wonder people have a ‘tude about it.

It’s amazing that a Repuke majority House will do nothing to our Gangster and Chief. Issa is one useless POS who never does anything about everything. I guess he is afraid Omuslim will sick the IRS on him and he’ll lose his massive fortune. At least in the 90’s the House Republican’s took action against Clintonthecigar…

Yup, you’re right. If Bush were in office, we’d see clips of daily hearings on the news. Henry Waxman would be snorting at the endless possibilities. The left would be raking in the money, and protests would be in high gear. But since its just Obama and progressives pillaging this once great country, not much we can do. (Wilson would be proud…)

Meanwhile, On March 8, US president Barack Obama signed his name to H.R. 347, The Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011 — commonly referred to as the “Trespass Bill” or the “Anti-Occupy Bill” — which criminalizes protests near the President, foreign dignitaries, and others with Secret Service protection. The bill passed the Senate by voice acclimation with not a single solitary objection from a single solitary senator, and then won House concurrence with but one single Republican voting “nay”.

Yep, saw that and I can’t state how dismayed I was over this. I don’t know about you but I do not feel the least bit represented by my congressman or senators. Just deeply disappointed over this. One more mile of our freedoms taken down quickly. They are afraid of us I think and that is why they need to keep putting up more barriers and unconstitutional laws such as the NDDA so we cannot revolt. At least I have a feeling this is what this is all about.

Mrs. Pepper’awk! I saw Senator Sessions rip Panetta a new one when Leon made his asinine statements about the UN. I can’t repeat my reaction. We can only pray that the resolution to impeach the @zzhole-in-chief will grow legs. Unfortunately it may not go anywhere in the Senate. (Shades of Slick Willys’ impeachment).

    ‘oohRah!! 😉

Right. I saw that clip on TV too. I was glad to see Sessions lay into him. Panetta is another gangster of this government.

And on top of what he stated before Congress basically telling them to go to hell, he goes to Camp Leatherneck and imposes an extraordinary rule on our Marines when he gave his speech. I saw a picture of these Marines sitting with their heads bowed, their shoulders slumped, some were not looking at him but off to the side. No doubt every Marine in that room was feeling demoralized to the max.

      Did you see that one?
