Anti-Hoarding Laws and Executive Orders

Congress has 30 days to object to an Executive Order (EO) before it becomes law. No objections were raised against these Command and Control emergency “Readiness Laws” when they were put in place. Has the emergency arrived that needs them and are they slowly being introduced?

Bill Clinton grouped together the following EOs under EO #12919 released on June 6, 1994. These are the tools used to shred the Constitution and take away your rights under its protection: Each EO number is linked to its full content:

10995 — Federal seizure of all communications media in the US (tested last month).
10997 — Federal seizure of all electric power, fuels, minerals, public and private.
10998 — Federal seizure of all food supplies and resources, public and private and all farms and equipment (including what you are storing for emergencies in your home right now).
10999 — Federal seizure of all means of transportation, including cars, trucks, or vehicles of any kind and total control over all highways, seaports and water ways.
11000 — Federal seizure of American people for work forces under federal supervision, including the splitting up of families if the government so desires (this happened before in Europe during the Nazi regime).
11001 — Federal seizure of all health, education and welfare facilities, both public and private.
11002 — Empowers the Postmaster General to register every single person in the US.
11003 — Federal seizure of all airports and aircraft.
11004 — Federal seizure of all housing and finances and authority to establish forced relocation. Authority to designate areas to be abandoned as “unsafe,” establish new locations for populations, relocate communities, build new housing with public funds.
11005 — Seizure of all railroads, inland waterways and storage facilities, both public and private.
11051 — Provides FEMA complete authorization to put above orders into effect in times of increased international tension of economic or financial crisis (FEMA will be in control in case of “National Emergency”).

  1. Pepp,

Correct me if I’m wrong (or anyone correct me if I’m wrong), but I know of no other president in our history going to this extreme….not even the commie FDR during WWII!

I guess we now know who the United States Government is most afraid of…..us.

  2. Dave,

I would say you’re right on. They are afraid of us more than anyone else. They can see what is all over the Internet. Need I say anything further? The rage is overwhelming out in the country.

    • Pepp,

And the irony of this is; they caused all the stuff they now see on the internet! But, the Feds not understanding the reactions by others due to their actions is not surprising nor is the first time.

      • Dave,

I think the feds see what they have caused, but they figure they are going to get away with it by taking away our 4th and 5th Amendment rights. Next, will come the guns. Then they’ll think they are home free as we are disarmed, that is if anyone starts giving up their guns. But at that juncture I hope people really do understand what’s coming down.

  3. Thanks for posting this. Learned something new. My impression was when a sitting potus was done, his EO’s were rescinded. Puts an even HEAVIER emphasis in insuring this priviledge is NOT abused to the extent it has.

    • Clyde,

Yeah, these damn EOs stay around and are not done away with. Did you know that these EOs are unconstitutional? I asked the 10th Amendment site specifically about these EOs and how many a president can make. The answer that was returned to me was NONE. It is an abuse of the executive branch. Well, well, that was quite a surprise to me but since all of them have been doing it, the next prez thinks it’s just fine to do theirs. Nothing they do up there anymore is the least bit Constitutional. That sacred document they took an oath to is shredded beyond recognition now.

      • Clyde & Pepp,
It has always been my understanding (however wrong) that an EO was effective until a succeeding POTUS nullified it, assuming that he did.

I’ve never quite understood the constitutionality of EOs and now I have clarification.

Has any one or group ever called the POTUS on it?

        • Hardnox,

I was very curious about all of these EOs the Liar in Chief was doing and thought Bush had not done as many. So I went to the 10th Amendment site as I’m a member there (geesh I wish I didn’t belong to all these groups now) and put in a question which you can do to the community and someone who knows the answer will get back to you. That’s how I found out none of these EOs were Constitutional. No one calls the potus out on these because both parties like it because it gives them more control, and obviously that control is not so good.

        • Hardnox,

Congress has the power to call him in on this. Ovomit is by-passing the Congress and ruling like a King using ‘executive orders!’ As I’m sure you know is UN-Constitutional. But no one in government is doing a damn thing about it!

It appears that congress has been absent for over 100 years. Teddy Roosevelt EO’d the heck out of stuff.

Time to call my congress-critter again. Is there any citations that you have concerning the un-constitutional aspects?

I would suggest going to the 10th Amendment site. I’ve got it on the right side of my blog here so you can click on it. Sign up, it’s easy and then ask them more about it. They have tons of information about this kind of stuff.
Other than that I’m not sure where to go for info about it. That’s how I ended up on the 10th amendment site to ask my question because I was going through the Constitution with a fine tooth comb one night
and couldn’t find anything about EOs in that book. I thought to meself WTH?

Mrs. Pepper’awk and Gos’awk! You both are absolutely right about EOs. When I was a Federal Employee 25 years ago, I believe EOs were directed to activities of the Federal agencies and not substitution for laws that were to be passed by Congress. It is very suspect why Congress is not intervening in these illegal acts by POTUS.

        HooRah! 🙂

Excellent post on EO’s. Reagan used them too, though fairly wisely. Its depressing to look at that list, how successful they have been. On another subject, Trump tore apart Chuck Todd — http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/12/05/donald-trump-chuck-todd-msnbc_n_1129368.html

    • PBR,

Thanks. I can’t wait to read that link about Trump tearing up Todd. I bet it’s good.
Did you hear him last week when the Dictator in Chief came into Manhattan for “3” campaign dinners and they had to shut things down for the Christmas tree lightning ceremonies that is done every year?
He was blasting the Zero on what an inconsiderate person he is, that he could have planned those dinners some other time, but all he thinks about is himself. I was LMAO.

    • PBR,

Just read that link. LOL! I love it when someone, anyone, goes after those nut jobs on MSNBC, the most lying channel around. Sometimes during a commercial break while I’m watching Fox Business channel, I’ll switch to DirecTv’s all news channels. You get all the major ones on one screen and you can switch to each channel within the boxes? Well, I saw Puffball’s mouth going a mile a minute and he was talking once again that Rick Perry is the dumbest man on the block. Of course, Puffball may know since he’s even dumber than the dumbest man on the block.

Hey Pepp, that must be Chrisy’s favorite line, he called Herman Cain the dumbest guy in the world or something. He needs new material. When he points to Obama and says “American exceptionalism”, I want to hurl.

      • PBR,

That makes two of us who want to hurl. In fact every time I see any of those creeps I want to hurl. I’m wondering if my virus is just caused by this administration, being sick almost every lousy day over this crap.
