Public debt increases or decreases as a result of the annual unified budget deficit or surplus. www.heritage.com

If you’re as stupid as me you’ll vote for me. I have faith in the American people. I realize they are sheeple and will follow me right off the cliff by listening to my comrades, uh, I mean the media, and believe there are NO good Republicans running against me for office.

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (AARA) and commonly referred to as the Stimulus or The Recovery Act, is an economic stimulus package enacted by the 111th United States Congress in February 2009 and signed into law on February 17, 2009, by President Barack Obama. The approximate cost of the economic stimulus package was estimated to be $787 billion at the time of passage.

Team Obama used scare tactics in getting the Democrat-controlled Congress to give him the massive spending bill dressed up as a stimulus. They told us that without Obama’s bailout the unemployment rate would reach 9%, but if Congress passed his boondoggle, unemployment would peak at 8%. The Act included many items NOT directly related to economic recovery such as long-term spending projects (e.g., a study of the effectiveness of medical treatments) and other items specifically included by Congress (e.g., a limitation on executive compensation in federally aided banks added by Senator Dodd and Rep. Frank). As part of President Obama’s economic stimulus, the federal government has doled out $230 million for communities to combat obesity rather than create jobs or boost the economy. In many cases, the funds are being used to attack American-made products like Coke and Pepsi.

The unemployment rate scare tactic was contained in Obama’s “The Job Impact of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Plan” and was supposed to keep unemployment no higher than 8%. How did that prediction turn out? The unemployment rate has doubled since the recession began in December 2007. As of September 2011, the unemployment rate stayed at 9.1%.

www.examiner.com & www.useconomy.about.com

8% my arse!  Uh, I think it’s actually more like 21% but don’t tell anybody.

Obama administration officials are increasingly using regulation and litigation to bypass Congress, say free market advocates and social conservatives. In June, immigration officials announced this they will no longer apply immigration law against illegal immigrants who are studying, who have family relations in the U.S. military, or who are caring for ailing relatives. In August, officials announced they would drop deportation procedures against up to 300,000 illegal immigrants who are now being held, but not suspected of having committed major crimes. Those who are released will get a work permit, even though national unemployment is at least 9.1 percent.

The Obama EPA change in tone is clear from President Obama’s appointment of Lisa Jackson, former head of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, as EPA administrator, and Carol Browner, former EPA administrator, to the new position of special adviser to the president on climate change and energy (the so-called “climate czar”). Add to this a proposed EPA budget of $10.5 billion (the largest in the agency’s 39-year history and a 40 percent increase from 2008).

http://www.power-eng.com

So what if you don’t have a job?  I’m the power hungry, job killing leader of the EPA and it is my duty to make sure I close down every business I can whether it’s mining or farming. That’s me, Lisa Jackson,  Princess of Darkness.  Ha, ha, I made a pun. All you nitwit Americans will soon be living in the dark without electricity.  That makes my heart jump for joy and Mr. Obama loves me for it.

In what amounts to a political street fight, the Senate Republican minority has pushed Obama hard in its rebuke of the nomination of Craig Becker. Becker, a pro-labor nominee to the NRLB, saw his nomination come to a screeching halt. Republicans, joined by conservative Democrats, defeated an effort to allow the nomination process to move forward. Now the administration is pushing back, indicating a willingness to consider a recess appointment to place Becker at the NRLB and bypass a Senate confirmation vote.

Barack Obama’s new slogan – “we can’t wait” – appears to be more than just rhetoric as the president increasingly relies on executive orders rather than risk his proposals being voted down in Congress. Mr. Obama signed a new executive order on Monday requiring the Food and Drug Administration to address a shortage in prescription medicine, the fifth such order in a week. The president used the power of his office last week to issue new orders tackling everything from student loans and house refinancing to support for research and development – and said he would launch a new initiative every week until the end of the year.

What other branches of government?   What are ya talking about?  I am all of them. Can’t you see that?  There is no legislative branch or judicial branch. You ignorant, gun toting American people just don’t get it. I’m King now and I plan to do it all by myself. I can’t seem to get any good help these days. Besides more of me gives Softball Chrissy Matthass more thrills up his legs at night. I have to give him something for all he does for me and my administration.

Obama is bypassing Congress to enact mortgage reform. It may sound at first blush like Obama is bypassing the obstructionist Congress to issue executive orders to help homeowners. But as Huffington Post notes, in a story entitled “New Obama Foreclosure Plan Helps Banks at Taxpayers’ Expense.  A key new condition in the plan would shift the financial liability for refinanced loans from Wall Street banks to the American taxpayer.” The newly expanded program would expunge legal liabilities associated with mortgages refinanced through the program for the original lenders of the mortgages. Each time a bank sent a loan to Fannie and Freddie, it certified that the loan met Fannie and Freddie’s safe lending criteria. But many loans sent to the mortgage giants did not, in fact, meet those criteria. Currently, when borrowers default on those ineligible loans, the mortgage giants can “put back” the resulting losses onto the banks that pushed the loans.

Under the modified plan, “put back” liability at banks will be erased for any underwater mortgage that is refinanced through HARP, eliminating Fannie and Freddie’s ability to sack lenders with losses in the event that the mortgage does not pan out. If borrowers go through HARP, but decide after several months that the modest monthly savings do not outweigh owing tens of thousands of dollars more than their home is worth, taxpayer-owned Fannie and Freddie will have to take the full loss. Even if the original loan was sent to Fannie and Freddie with false or fraudulent guarantees from the bank — promises that may directly be tied to the borrower’s current financial problems

Obama’s “We Can’t Wait” agenda, is a new Obamanology program designed to bypass Congress and do whatever he pleases.  It worked with his non-war in Libya. Despite the restrictions imposed by the War Powers Resolution — which requires presidents “to consult with Congress before introducing U.S. armed forces into hostilities or situations where hostilities are imminent” and to withdraw from hostilities “within 60 days of the time a report is submitted unless Congress acts to approve continued military action” — Obama told Congress that dropping bombs didn’t qualify as “hostilities” so they could just go pound sand. This Would Be at Taxpayers’ Expense, of Course.

Obama’s assassination list: The American Civil Liberties Union and the Center for Constitutional Rights have brought suit against the Obama administration for ordering the targeted killing of American-born al Qaeda leader Anwar al-Awlaki, who is believed to be holed up in Yemen. These groups argue that the president doesn’t have the legal authority to order the assassination of American citizens. President Obama has exceeded his power in ordering Alwake’s assassination. Americans abroad are protected by constitutional guarantees of due process, at least when faced with U.S. government action. The implications of Mr. Obama having the legal authority to place American citizens abroad on a government hit list are too alarming to contemplate. If the precedent of unilaterally targeting Awlaki without due process stands, then anyone could go on the list.

www.washingtontimes.com

Let me be perfectly clear about this, I am God.

My Observation:

There is SO much more I could add to this list of Obama “crap” being shoved down our throats, but I didn’t want to turn this article into a book! Obama is the most law breaking, anti-Constitution, anti-capitalism; ignore public opinion, union supporting, dictator and outright lying President this great Republic has ever had to endure! I feel very comfortable with my impression of Obama with illustrating just a FEW of the most atrocious personally motivated acts shown above. I am still not convinced that Obama has the legal standing to be president of the United States. Numerous experts in the respective fields have made statements that Obama’s birth certificate and social security card are falsified. This issue may not mean much to some of you now, but it still means a hell of a lot to me! If he was found not to be eligible to be a United States president, then every single socialistic, Marxist and communist decision he has forced down our throat would be immediately overturned and considered non-constitutional. The only we unfortunately can’t get back is the BILLION’S of our tax payer dollars that he has blown. I would gladly overlook that one thing to see all his other anti-United States and unconstitutional decisions are overturned. Obama is in league with the worst of the worst organizations and people that want to destroy our way of life (granted to us by our constitution) and turn this into a Marxist country.

Who Me?  I shredded that yellowed piece of parchment written by those old white men.  There was nothing in that Constitution that I like very much.  Besides I didn’t like the color, it was yellow, I like black.  Or black and white mixed.

Hitler was a much unknown man at one time with a very small following. But Hitler had the gift of “gab.” He could rile up the people with his speeches of change and hope and making Germany the greatest country in the world. It didn’t take Hitler very long to have total control of Germany. He took over all media outlets to only spread his message with deceitful lies. He disarmed any civilians that had weapons. He started class warfare matching his follower’s against any that would disagree and made an entire country follow his word without question due to his great speaking skills. This one time unknown man named Hitler almost won WWII and would have controlled all of Europe and Russia.

You lucky imbecile Americans!  I give you three of me in one.  What a deal I’m giving you.  I still don’t understand why you all hate me so much.

An unknown person rising to great power so quickly, this man throwing out any current laws he didn’t approve of, this man implementing his own personal agenda with great speaking skill and deceit, this man disarming citizens all citizens, this man starting “class” warfare to get rid of those who disagreed with him and this man taking control of all media outlets, so only his message could be heard. This man brainwashed millions of German people into believing his way was the righteous and only way to go.

Do you see any similarity as to what happened over 80 years ago and what is currently going on in the United States? I believe the fact’s shown above illustrates Obama’s true color….

Good piece. You’re right, that’s just a start on what he is doing, since he’s moving so fast its hard to keep up with it all. I think you captured the arrogant essence of Obama very well. I can’t find that page in the Constitution he is working from. It must have be missing from my copy. Now he defies anyone to stop him. He has the audacity of arrogance to label others as haters, but the only thing he loves is himself. (well…and maybe Kobe beef)

They (Congress) are complicit in a felony. They all need to go to jail for the most part. Nobody in Congress has even tried to take this fraud out of office. Why? The Hawk and I have asked ourselves that so many times.

According to Retired General Paul Vallely (who has a lot of inside information on this very topic) states that some Congress people are completely in on the fraud with the fraud, some Congress people have been bought off, and others are scared to death of a massive black uprising and/or a massive uprising by all the people in this country. Does not excuse any of them of course.

Obviously none of them have a one iota of courage.

I didn’t jump on the bandwagon against targeting al-Awlaki. (my bad) I figure he made himself an enemy traitor, target, conspiring against the US. Then again, the ACLU has conspired against many of America’s traditions and liberties too, over the years. I’m also thinking there is much the gubmint can do short of killing us that bothers me. So the thought of possible drone surveillance under the auspices of Zero’s regime should alarm anybody. That leads to another matter; if he exercises control over the military the same way he rolls roughshod over congress, there “is” a whole lot to worry about. I also think the certificate is spilled milk now. Impeachment might even dignify him. I’m totally disgusted though with the way it was handled, and why it never came out before. His records, still in a vault somewhere are probably state secrets now. I digress.

        • PBR,

What bothers me about how Alwaki was killed is that the Liar in Chief took it upon himself to send a drone to kill the man. I think it was obvious he was a traitor, but he was also an American citizen. Since the CIA knew where he was why not pick him up and have him tried here for his crimes? I don’t like the way the Zero becomes the sole accuser, jury, conviction and executioner. If he can do that to Alwaki, he can target us too. After all are not the Tea Party people listed as terrorists with the DHS? This is bothersome to me.

Not that I give one fig about Alwaki, I’m thinking of the bigger picture of what this exercise could mean to other US citizens if/when he decides he doesn’t like you and what you say or do against him. After all he has taken the position of king/dictator in this country as the Congress has allowed him to do as they sit
with their thumbs up their butts doing nothing about his usurpation of powers.

          Hey PBR,

I am in agreement with pep that Alwaki was put on the King’s assassination list and he was an American citizen. There was ZERO due process from the ZERO president to lawfully handle an obvious traitor! That is my problem with how that all went down. If a jury had found him guilty and he was sentenced to death, I would not have missed one second of sleep.

I totally agree with you that a hell of a lot more “organizations” and “people” have conspired against many of America’s traditions and liberties too, over the years. I believe these “organizations” should not be put out of commission by a president taking it upon himself to use a “genocide” approach. U.S. citizen’s should not be put on an assassination list purely because a president wants them dead. The U.S. is better than that and those organizations and people are afforded their due process (as U.S. citizens) and should be handled by the judiciary system; in my opinion. A president should never be able to simply kill a U.S. citizen or an organization made up of U.S. citizens, because he wants them to shut them up and to make the King look like the “defender of America!” We are ALL at risk to die without any due process with this self serving Dictator running our country!

I understand your opinion about “spilled milk.” Allow me to make a comparison: There is no statute of limitations on a warrant for first degree murder. Even if the murderer is caught 50 years later and he is 95, he is still arrested per the open warrant. My belief is Obama possibly not being eligible to even be president (while some may think it is a dead issue now, so to hell with it) should never have a statute of limitations. If he is indeed a non-legal president, that should be investigated until actual proof is found that he is or is not…even if the conclusion is made after he is dead. To me; this is should never be put in a “cold case” file. What other law is more important than finding out, if we have/had an illegal president…I can think of none. What message is being sent when a possible illegal man was elected president and everyone just says, “oh well, nothing we can do about it now.” Just my humble opinion and I greatly appreciate yours!

        Hi Dave,
“U.S. citizen’s should not be put on an assassination list purely because a president wants them dead.”

Excellent points. I understand the arguments. I don’t think the above is quite the case, namely with al-Awlaki. If we are at war and he aligned himself with the enemy making himself an enemy combatant, then he became a target, in my view, and is actively opposing the military defending the US. (and not on US soil) If he was taken alive or captured, I also think tribunals could try him since he was actually operating as an enemy of the military. I’m not sure that the other parallels convey the same circumstances and context, in my opinion. What bothers me is judicial supremacy of leaving courts de facto deciding or intervening in our national defense. But there are arguments for and against.

Powers granted congress: “To declare war, grant letters of marque and reprisal, and make rules concerning captures on land and water;” — Art I sec 8

There is room for debate though that Congress, not the President, can make such decisions. Art I; sec 9 – “The privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it.”

        http://www.progress.org/fold232.htm
        ———-

I did say pilled milk, didn’t I? I see your point. I don’t disagree, really. Not that I am against the issue. It was always one of my stickler priorities till recently. Just that all avenues seem to have been exhausted. That can make you cynical. I think you are exactly right, no statute. Don’t get me wrong I am not one to say it doesn’t matter. I’m with you; whatever he did should be undone in the end. I also blame delegates, state certifications et al. Then after people are told they have no court standing, and congress would not look into it, it really limited our chances. And the one person who could have done something, I think, even as a last resort, was the AG. (much as I hate to mention that douche bag) My stand was always that the onus of proof for eligibility is on Obama, not on others to disprove. He may have cleared one hurtle but he hasn’t proved the whole eligibility question – but no one forced him to either. I also said spilled milk for another reason, liberals have built and immunity defense around it, making it even harder to discuss or address. And yes, it still applies and should this time too, but I can’t see it happening. Another case where their Alinsky tactics or “method” overcame process.

  2. Dave,
    Good essay.

The citizenship thing is a dead issue in my opinion. No pol wants to touch it. Despite overwhelming evidence that he is a fraud, no one wants to create a constitutional crisis. Ditto with the Supremes.

The only component missing here in the USA from the similarities that you mention is rampant poverty. The Chinese and Russian revolutions, and Hitler’s rise to power were all rooted in poverty and class warfare.

Our 15 trillion dollar debt may just be that tipping point. It wouldn’t take much for us to fall. A nuke on our soil, a major terrorist strike, a major natural disaster, or another war could push us over the edge.

In the meantime our jerkoff congress nibbles around the edges of our budget and agree to limit growth but make no cuts on the things that are crushing us.

How do we fix stupid? I thought the 2010 elections were supposed to begin that process. Instead we have an entrenched political class bent on the status quo.

The 2012 elections cannot come fast enough for me… if we make it that long.

Assuming that we do, A Balanced Budget Amendment, term limits and special interest monies must be addressed. Otherwise we are just pissing in the wind.

Another great addition to the article! The fear of creating a constitutional crisis must be more important to the people that is suppose to “protect” the constituion. That is a bunch of bull shit in my opinion! To hell with the fallout; they should have already impeached “The King” and he should be drawing unemployment!

The poverty issue you pointed out is another great addition to the article and is absolutely true! Thank you. The concern of our unbelievable debt is very well founded and their is more thing I would like to add that will kill our economy and the value of our dollar with this current massive debt; if the Euro crashes. If that happens, million’s upon million’s of U.S. citizen’s will become much poorer overnight. Personally, I am currently researching companies to pick one and put a large amount of my saving’s into gold.

Balanced Budget Amendment; hell yes! Term limits on congress; hell yes! Special interest groups contributions being addressed; hell yes! Why in the hell they didn’t have enough since to put term limits on congress when they did of the president (due to the socialist FDR) bewilders me to this very day! Some excellent input HN…thank you!

    • Hardnox,

Completely agree. This system of government we have right now is so corrupt that more than electing a president needs to be done to fix it. Term limits NEED to be put into place so these people who are elected don’t get to say in Congress, making millions of bucks for themselves and ignoring their real duties of representing us.

Sarah Palin and Peter Schweitzer are working together in her PAC to help expose so much of the corruption going on inside Congress and how they have made it “lawful” to do things we would go to jail over. That needs to be undone. No one in Congress should be above the law.

There is so much to fix. A lot needs to be undone.

      Quoting Thomas Jefferson:
“God forbid we should ever be twenty years without such a rebellion. The people cannot be all, and always, well informed. The part which is wrong will be discontented, in proportion to the importance of the facts they misconceive. If they remain quiet under such misconceptions, it is lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty…. And what country can preserve its liberties, if its rulers are not warned from time to time, that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to the facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure.”

My fear is voter fraud, ala 1960.

          Happy Thanksgiving HN!

I myself have learned a very valuable lesson about a US Senator that is from my state and I have voted for since I was eighteen. He professes to be a “conservative” Republican, but he really F’uped the other day. I wrote him a scathing letter and told him he had now lost my vote. I am going to attempt a grass roots movement in KY, with the help of some true conservative organizations, to ensure all KY voter’s know what this “conservative” US Senator did NOT due in am attempt to unseat him when he comes up for re-election. These days, in my opinion, the lack of action by congress is more abhorrent that the piss poor action the do take! 1960…perfect example! Have a great Thanksgiving HN…Dave

Happy Thanksgiving. Just remembered there’s a big turkey in the WH who can’t be pardoned. Gobble Gobble.

      Hi Susie,

I am so glad you stopped by and made a post. I believe this is the very first post you’ve made on one of my articles that my dear friend pep allows me to put up every now and then. You have an excellent skill of saying a lot with so few words! “Our President needs to down….This is not a dictatorship.” I probably would have written three paragraphs to say what you did in three small sentences! I agree with you 100%! Thanks again for commenting and have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

    • Hi Susie,

I am so glad you commented it being your first post. I hope you continue to come back and make your succinct remarks. You are right. This fraud needs to go down. Yes, we do have a dictator now. That is NOT in the Constitution. Love ya, girlfriend.
